1. What is your minimum order quantity & payment method?
Our minimum order quantity is 500pcs/style/color.Payment can be transferred through Western Union,TT or L/C.

2. Delivery time?
Normally it need take about 15-20days from the date of confirmed order to ship the goods. However for small orders or in case of urgency we can deliver earliest,such as 10-12days for 500pcs order.

3. Printing of logo or design ?
Yes, we can print your logo or design on all products by silkscreening,heat-transfer or heat of sublimation. You need provide the printing matter and the Pantone color code for printing. The printing matter can be e-mailed to us in .Ai.pdf .jpg or .gif format.
Embroidery, badge and metal logo are available also.

4. Customized order or made to order option ?
We can make bags as per your drawing, picture or original samples. Pls send us detailed specifications.

5. Shipping & Loading port?
We can ship your order by airway or seaway as you like by your shipping forwarder or ours.Our preffered loading port/shipping port is Guangzhou, or Shenzhen.
